Digital Products
- Digital products are generally non-returnable once delivery or download access has been provided.
- If a purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement file or equivalent fix.
- If a technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Consulting Services
- You may cancel a booked consulting session with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or free rescheduling.
- For active project work, refunds are limited to work not yet delivered.
- Milestone-based agreements may define additional cancellation and payment terms.
